Refund Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With labels
- In its original packaging
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return procedure
To begin a return, follow these steps:

- Indicate the order reference and the reason for the return (this helps us improve).
If your return is accepted, you can send the item back to us. Unfortunately, we do not offer return shipping at this time. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
This allows us to assess the problem and correct it quickly.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If your request is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
