Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, we take no responsibility for delays.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free delivery for all orders in France.

International Shipping

We offer free delivery for all orders in Europe

For orders outside Europe, shipping costs are 20 euros.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HanaGlamShop is not responsible for these fees if they are applied and are your responsibility as a customer.

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hanaglamshop@outlook.fr with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

For orders outside Europe, shipping time may be longer due to customs.
